We fully respect the individual performance and independent opinion, however, you constantly have to respect other people`s race, age, identity, sex, sexual orientation, religion, property, etc.
Please note that if any of our End-Users find that your content is inappropriate they might send us an email to [info@thespeech.app] about it and the administrative staff will review your content carefully and if the staff find that your content is inappropriate we immediately remove it from the Platform and depending on the level of your infringement you may be permanently banned from the use of the Platform.
While using the Platform:
– please be aware that the Platform is not for pornography or sexually explicit content;
– do not post anything that may encourage others to do things that might cause harm to them , especially kids;
– do not post content which promotes or condones violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation/gender identity, or whose primary purpose is inciting hatred on the basis of these core characteristics;
– do not post violent or gory content that’s primarily intended to be shocking, sensational or gratuitous. If posting graphic content in a news or documentary context, please be mindful of providing enough information to help people understand what’s going on in your content;
– do not post abusive content and comments;
– please do not have predatory behavior, do stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people’s personal information and inciting others to commit violent acts or to violate the Terms of Use are taken very seriously;
– only upload content that you made or that you’re authorized to use; and
– do not use sexually explicit language or excessive swearing in your content or associated metadata may lead to your content being age-restricted.
In addition to the above, if you become aware that someone published your personal information or uploaded content from you without your consent you can request its removal.
Please note, that the operators / owners of the Platform are only doing the streaming of live simultaneous interpretation so we do not take any legal responsibility for the uploaded content.
