Hungary, Tax No. 25579028 (hereinafter: “TheSpeech”) is the controller of personal data regarding the web-based platform operated by us and the TheSpeech Application.

4.1. Only the Interpreter`s personal data will be forwarded to the Customers but only after the given Interpreter provided its offer.
4.2. ThepersonaldataoftheCustomersandtheUserswon`tbeforwardedtoanyone.
5. Security and access
The legal basis of the data process is the explicit consent of the parties. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to the support@thespeech.app.
5.1. The authorized employees of TheSpeech have access to the personal data and they may access the data only for the purpose of resolving issues associated with the use of the services (including any disputes arising from the breach of this Agreement).
5.2. Besidestheemployeesanythirdpartycontractors(“ThirdPartyContractors”)oftheTheSpeechwhoare contributing in the fulfillment of the service have access to the personal data. The Third Party Contractors shall be considered as processors who process personal data on behalf of the controller. Such processors do not make any decision individually regarding the personal data, they are only entitled to act pursuant to the contract executed between the processors and the controller and the instructions received from the controller.
5.3. TheCustomerhasaccesstothepersonaldataoftheInterpretersonlyforthepurposeofdetermining whether the Customer accept any Interpreters` offer or not.
6. Managing Your Personal Information With Us
6.1. Accessing or Rectifying Your Personal Data
If you have a registered account, we provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal data you provided to us and associated with your account.
6.2. Deletion
You shall have the right to obtain from us proof of the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
– the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
– you withdraw consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
– the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing,
– the personal data have been unlawfully processed,
– the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law
to which the controller is subject,
– the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services.
